The goals of the Conference:

• Discussion of the problems of peopleware in science, education, management and economy in terms of innovative development;
• International cooperation, exchange of experience in training of personnel of higher qualification in terms of innovative transformations;
• Integration processes in the economy and training the scientific staff of higher qualification;
• Informing the national and international public about the state of training and re-training the staff of higher qualification in the Republic of Belarus, CIS and neighbor countries.  

Scientific areas of the Conference:

• Problems of peopleware of the priority branches of the economy with the experts of higher qualification in terms of innovative development; 
• Educational standards for training and re-training experts in innovative activities; 
• Innovative education, training and re-training of administrative staff; 
• International cooperation in training the personnel of higher qualification for innovative activities; 
• Harmonization of approaches in planning and training the scientific staff of higher qualification in Belarus, CIS and neighbor countries.
