From September 29 to October 1, 2025, the International Industrial Exhibition "INNOPROM. Belarus" will be held for the first time at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. "INNOPROM" is an international industrial exhibition that has been held in Yekaterinburg annually since 2010 and is the main industrial, trade and export platform in Russia. Over the years of its existence, the event has secured its status as a key event for Russian and global industry. This year, the exhibition will present innovative solutions in such areas as mechanical engineering and components, metallurgy and materials, chemical industry, industrial information technology, automation of production, and services for industry. The exhibition's business program will include specialized sessions and round tables devoted to current issues of international cooperation in the field of industrial innovation and development of technological partnership. The key event will be the main plenary session "Union of New Technologies: Creating the Industry of the Future". The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments will be the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, and the exhibition operator will be the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere". The collective section will be represented by institutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and residents of technology parks (OOO Contact Bel, OOO ESM BAY (RUSE Investment Development and Promotion Agency (Technopark Coral)); OOO Enkor Studio (ZAO Brest Science and Technology Park); OOO BME-Diesel (UP Minsk Regional Technopark); UP ANTOK (OOO Minsk City Technopark); OOO Resurskntrol Group of Companies (IMP OOO PG Law and Order); OOO Igri Razuma Soft (High Technologies Park), which will demonstrate 67 scientific and technical developments in the form of full-scale samples, models, advertising presentations and videos in the field of digital technologies, automation of production, new materials, mechanical and instrument engineering. Among the most interesting developments that will be presented are: A hardware and software system for industrial safety using augmented reality technology represents a new step in industrial safety training. It is designed to study the structure of an oil refinery and potential emergency situations at its key facilities. The model, a miniature replica of an oil refinery, is equipped with hardware for simulating emergency situations. Particularly dangerous events—explosions, fires, and other hazards—are visualized using augmented reality technology. By integrating microcontrollers, sensors, lighting and sound equipment, and mobile devices, a fully immersive interactive learning experience is achieved. A series of interactive programs have been developed to teach informed decision-making in emergency response situations in accordance with response procedures. The developed system is being used at the Novopolotsk Ministry of Emergency Situations' security center. (Educational Institution "Polotsk State University") The Spider Robot software and mobile complex The development relates to robotics and is intended to monitor the environment, in particular the presence of harmful gases, by installing special sensors in the structure and developing software. (Educational Institution "Polotsk State University") Autopilot The electric parallel steering system is designed to improve the efficiency and speed of equipment operation, as well as to reduce overlaps and gaps during work. The autopilot easily mounts to the steering column and allows for hydraulic control of the equipment, regardless of the type of equipment or its manufacturer. Automated equipment control frees the operator from manual control and allows for faster task completion. Drivers experience less fatigue and complete tasks more quickly and efficiently. The electric parallel steering system is universal and compatible with virtually any self-propelled equipment with a steering wheel: tractors, combines, sprayers. Features: Fuel savings due to optimization of the number of passes taking into account the implement width; Optimal spacing between rows: working without gaps and overlaps saves time, reduces the consumption of fertilizers and seeds; Improved movement accuracy eliminates re-cultivation and over-compacting of the soil, crushing of plants during the application of fertilizers; work in conditions of limited visibility: in dust, fog, at night; Increased productivity; Accelerated implementation of assigned tasks; movement of vehicles along straight/curved lines, along a line in reverse or in a circle with an accuracy of up to 3 cm from row to row, while observing the technological parameters; The software allows for online calculation of the area of work performed during automatic driving; continuous recording of fields in the software and their storage in memory; installation and calibration of the system takes no more than 6 hours, thanks to which the autopilot can be installed on any seasonal equipment; CCTV cameras can be integrated for review and control of remote elements of the units. (LLC "Resurskontrol Group of Companies") Lift operator simulator The simulator complex allows for classroom training of self-propelled aerial work platform operators. The complex incorporates the latest teaching methods, enabling training in aerial work platform preparation, operation, and safety procedures. A short, engaging demonstration scenario is available, allowing participants to assess the accuracy of process simulation, operate the aerial work platform at height, make a mistake, and evaluate the immersion during an accident simulation. (OOO "Mind Games Soft") A hardware and software system for automation and management of electronic scheduling systems, service quality assessment, electronic queues, video surveillance systems, time tracking, LAN and access control systems A universal hardware and software system for automating and managing business systems and processes. Advantages: proprietary software and platform for management and monitoring. Independence from external development and software. Competitive pricing. (LLC "ESM BAY") Chemical-mechanical polishing technology for silicon carbide. Single-crystal silicon carbide (SiC) wafers are used in industrial equipment components, protective armor, and semiconductor substrates for the automotive, aerospace, and energy industries. Single-crystal silicon carbide (SiC) plates offer high hardness, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and light weight. They are comparable to foreign-made equivalents. (Research Institution "A.N. Sevchenko Institute of Applied Physical Problems" of the Belarusian State University) OKR-PAK-1 hardware and software complex The hardware and software system for automating the production of electrical wiring harnesses is a set of hardware and software solutions for automating the process of manufacturing harnesses for automotive and similar electrical equipment. The complex performs the following main functions, as well as various combinations of them: a piece of wire; trimming of elongated wires; complete cleaning; partial cleaning; crimping of the tip; putting on a protective cover; tightening the protective cover; possibility of placing a drop-jet marking device. The hardware and software complex is equipped with an operator information panel that allows you to configure the process, connect/disconnect operations and stages, signal malfunctions, and store a library of specified parameters. The complex is equipped with sensors that allow monitoring of the work process in real time and control of the lack of consumables at various stages of work. Advantages: coordinated operation of actuators, connectivity of operations depending on specified technical conditions. (Educational Institution "Brest State Technical University") Product quality control system based on machine vision technologies The system automates product quality control by assessing size, color, and shape using machine vision and artificial intelligence in real time. This reduces costs and improves the quality of product manufacturing across industries. The solution has been successfully implemented at a company in the Grodno region and is being adapted to customer requirements, using readily available components and open source software to minimize costs.
