Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 8 of January 9, 2024 amended the State Program "Belarusian Forest" for 2021-2025: the list of investment projects provided for in subprogram 4 and their resource support was clarified, and the amount of funding for the five-year period was indicated. Council of Ministers Resolution No. 1001 of December 29, 2023 amended Council of Ministers Resolution No. 165 of March 23, 2021. They relate to the implementation of the State Program "Transport Complex" for 2021-2025. Thus, the responsible customer of the State Program is the Ministry of Transport and Communications, subprogram 1 "Railway transport" – the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the State Customs Committee, the State Property Committee and the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry; subprogram 2 "Automobile, Urban electric Transport and Metro" – the Ministry of Transport and Communications. regional executive committees and Minsk City Executive Committee; the customer of subprograms 3 "Inland water and sea transport", 4 "Civil Aviation", 5 "Ensuring the functioning of the transport complex system" is the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The document also stipulates that more than Br10.1 billion is needed to finance the implementation of this State Program for a five – year period under favorable external conditions,including Br2. 05 billion for 2024 and more than Br2. 08 billion for 2025. Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 6 of January 9, 2024 amended one of the chapters of the State Program "Culture of Belarus" for 2021-2025. The changes affected Chapter 3, which deals with sources of financing for a set of activities. Their volumes have been approved and specified.
