The national seminar "Technoparks: opportunities and tools for the development of innovative entrepreneurship" will take place on December 9, 2022 at 09.30.

Location: Minsk, Science and Technology Park BNTU "Polytechnic" (Surganov Street 37/1, 1st floor, conference room, room 102).

The participation in the seminar is free of charge.

The aim of the national seminar is to explain the main approaches to tax incentives for the technoparks and their residents, to solve the questions arising in the activities of technoparks as subjects of innovation infrastructure.

We invite representatives of technoparks, republican bodies of state administration, other interested persons to take part in the seminar.

RESULTS

On December 9, 2022, on the basis of the state enterprise "Scientific and technological park of BNTU "Polytechnic", a republican seminar "Technological parks: opportunities and tools for the development of innovative entrepreneurship" was held.

At the seminar, presentations were made by the Head of the Department for the Development of Innovative Infrastructure, Commercialization and Intellectual Property of the Department of Innovation Policy of the State Committee for Science and Technology Sosnovsky Andrey Vladimirovich, Director of CJSC "Brest Science and Technology Park" Makaruk Dmitry Georgievich, Director of the State Enterprise "Agency for Development and Investment Promotion" Bobovich Andrey Pavlovich, Director of Minsk City Technopark LLC Davidovich Vladimir Alexandrovich and Director of InKata LLC Malchevsky Evgeniy Sergeevich.

More than 30 participants of the seminar, representing technoparks, resident enterprises of technoparks and BSU, had the opportunity to get acquainted with the changes in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of regulating the activities of science and technology parks, the experience of attracting resources to finance innovative projects from international technical assistance, with the Russian methodology for evaluating the effectiveness technopark in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the experience of the technopark "InKata".

After each presentation, the seminar participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speaker. The most lively discussion among representatives of technoparks arose when considering the possibility of attracting international technical assistance to finance innovative projects.
