November 25, 2022 in the Scientific and Technological Park of the BNTU "Polytechnic" (Minsk, Surganova st. 37/1, 1st floor, conference hall, room 102) a republican seminar "State program of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 — 2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting”.

The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the implementation of the State Program for Innovative Development for 2021-2025, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 15, 2021 No. 348 (hereinafter referred to as the State Program). The main provisions of the State Program, the mechanisms for its implementation, financing and reporting documentation on the implementation of the State Program will be considered. In addition, it is planned to discuss the practice of using indirect mechanisms of state incentives for the implementation of projects of the State Program.

We invite representatives of customers and executors of projects and events of the State Program, as well as other interested parties, to participate in the seminar.

RESULTS

On November 25, 2022, on the basis of the Scientific and Technological Park of the BNTU "Polytechnic", a republican seminar "State Programs for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting" was held.

During the seminar, reports were heard on the following topics:

Organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of innovative projects of the State Program (RIKHTIKOVA Anastasia, Head of the Department of Scientific and Methodological Support for Innovative Development of the State Institution "BelISA") ;

Formation of reporting by customers and executors of the State Program (SITKEVICH Aleksey, Head of the Sector of the Department of Scientific and Methodological Support of Innovative Development of the State Institution "BelISA") ;

Target indicators of the State Program: formation methodology and calculation procedure ( BOREIKO Snezhana, head of the sector of the department of scientific and methodological support of innovative development of the State Institution "BelISA") ;

Instruments for financing innovative projects by the Belarusian Innovation Fund (KORZHITSKY Denis, Director of the Belarusian Innovation Fund) .

The seminar was attended by 95 people from 62 organizations, representatives of institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Belneftekhim, Bellegprom and Belgospischeprom concerns, the Brest, Grodno and Minsk regional executive committees and other interested parties.
