The government has updated the list of projects for the creation of new production facilities for the innovative development of Belarus

The Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Belarus dated November 12, 2021 No. 642, aimed at implementing the Decree of the Head of State dated September 15, 2021 No. 348 "On the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025", has been adjusted. This decision is enshrined in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 11, 2025 No. 380. 

The amendments, in particular, provide for a clarification of the list of projects for the creation of new production facilities that are of decisive importance for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus. It includes 101 project names (previously — 96) in various areas, including energy, construction, ecology, rational use of natural resources, mechanical engineering, etc.

In addition, the new version sets out

• a schedule for the implementation of projects to create new industries that are of decisive importance for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus;
• volumes of financing for projects to create new industries that are of decisive importance for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus, and measures to develop the innovative infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus.

The regulation entered into force on July 11, 2025.
