The 14th International Exhibition "INNOPROM" was held from July 8 to 11, 2024, the theme of which was "Technological Partnership: Shaping the Image of the Future".

The event was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region.

The main thematic sections of the exhibition are metalworking; mechanical engineering; technologies for cities; industrial IT; technologies for energy; new materials, production of components; medical equipment; automation and robotics; digital production.

On July 8, 2024, the official opening ceremonies of the exhibition and the Belarusian exposition took place. The opening of the exposition was attended by the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Efimov E.V., the Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry M.M. Myatlikov, as well as the member of the Board (Minister) for Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission G.A. Barseghyan.

On July 9, 2024, the exhibition and the Belarusian exposition were visited by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus R.A. Golovchenko and the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M.V. Mishustin.

The exhibition was visited by more than 47 thousand people from 60 countries, among the guests were 16 heads of relevant ministries from different countries. The total area of the exhibition was 50,000 sq. m, in four pavilions of "INNOPROM" 900 companies and organizations from Russia and other countries of the world presented their innovative products.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments is the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator is the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere". This section presents the developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the resident of JSC "Technological Park Mogilev" — ODO "STREAM".

Among them we can note:

single crystals and faceted jewelry inserts made of artificially grown emerald. Such single crystals are produced with morphological features, physical properties and color characteristics that are as close as possible to natural gemstones (State Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Materials Science);

new composite magnetic material and products based on it. This material can replace laminated electromagnetic steel for high-frequency applications in such products as transformers, chokes, modern high-speed valve electric motors and generators. The main advantage of the new material over electromagnetic steel is the absence of eddy current losses at high frequencies due to the electrical insulation of individual iron particles in the composite material (State Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Materials Science);

cast parts made of wear-resistant cast irons intended for crushing units of centrifugal mills and screw vacuum presses for brick production and processing of mineral raw materials. The service life of parts made of the developed cast irons is 1.5-2 times longer than that of existing analogues. The use of steel alloy scrap ensures the production of such alloying elements as chromium, nickel, vanadium, tungsten, molybdenum and reduces the cost of products by 10-15% (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Metal Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

heat pipes and heat sinks used to create modern structural elements for air cooling systems of various objects (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Powder Metallurgy named after Academician O.V. Roman") ;

medical screws made of biodegradable magnesium alloy of various diameters. The rate of biodegradation is 60-90 days (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Powder Metallurgy named after Academician O.V. Roman") ;

energy-efficient induction heating technologies. Advantages of the technology: high productivity, technological simplicity, the possibility of full automation, low deformation of parts, no decarburization scale, high heating efficiency (at least 95%), energy savings (at least 30%), equipment payback only due to energy savings (no more than 3 years), environmental friendliness, certificate of own production, declarations of conformity with the requirements of the Customs Union (State Scientific Institution "Physical and Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

a device for hypergravity therapy in the cranio-caudal direction. It is used in the complex treatment of patients and in some cases allows to avoid surgical treatment, achieve a faster and more lasting effect from the treatment, and improve the quality of life of patients. The main areas of clinical application of the device at present are traumatology and orthopedics, surgery, vascular pathology, diseases of the nervous system, diseases of the genitourinary system (OAO NPO Center).

ODO Stream presented the Kulon and AC One charging stations at the exhibition. The Kulon charging station is used to charge batteries of electric vehicles and their hybrids. It is installed in indoor and outdoor parking lots, has a vandal-proof case, as well as certified technical metering meters. Meets the requirements of IEC 61851-2008.

The AC One charging station can be used at home. The station allows you to set up a charging current limit for each channel (in accordance with the capabilities provided by the vehicle information exchange protocol — according to the J1772 and IEC 61851-1 standards). Both charging stations have no analogues in the CIS.

During the Exhibition, the participants of the collective section signed:

— an agreement for the manufacture and supply of complex technical equipment between the open joint-stock company NPO Center and a company from the Russian Federation;

— an agreement for the production of a batch of special grades of cast iron between the state scientific institution "Institute of Metal Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" and a company from the Russian Federation.
