The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, together with the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere", will organize the section of scientific and technical developments at the International Exhibitions "Caspian Agro" and "Inter Food Azerbaijan", which will be held from 18 to May 20, 2022 in Baku.

Food, beverages, production technologies, a wide range of halal products will be presented at the Inter Food Azerbaijan exhibition. The exposition of the Caspian Agro exhibition will demonstrate agricultural machinery, production and packaging technologies, plant protection products, and fertilizers.

This year's innovation is the section "Smart technologies in agriculture": "smart" village, Internet of things, process automation.

The collective section of the State Committee on Science and Technology will be presented by the developments of the Belgospischeprom concern and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, which will demonstrate more than 65 scientific, technical and innovative developments in the field of food products, production technologies, etc.

In 2021, 237 companies from 28 countries of the world took part in the exhibition. The exhibitions covered 11 thematic sections, including various areas of the agro-industrial complex, such as agricultural machinery, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, crop production, fertilizers, growing fruits and vegetables, greenhouses.

Results of the exhibitions

The international exhibitions "Caspian Agro" and "Inter Food Azerbaijan" were held from 18 to 20 May 2022 in Baku.

The organizer of the collective section of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus was the Department of Exhibitions and Scientific and Technical Events of the State Institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere".

The collective stand of scientific, technical and innovative developments was presented by institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and enterprises that are part of the Belarusian State Food Industry Concern "BELGOSPISCHEPROM", which demonstrated more than 65 exhibits.

Among the most interesting developments are: a biosimilar of human lactoferrin (Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Animal Husbandry"), conceptual technological modular solutions for the creation of dairy farms of a new generation (Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus") Belarus on animal husbandry"), new types of dry starters for the food industry (Scientific and Production Republican Subsidiary Unitary Enterprise "Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry" of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food"), low-protein food products with a reduced content of phenylalanine (Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food"), fruit bar "Prunes-apple" partially glazed (Limited Liability Company "Spartak Plus Premium"), sweets "Generous Korovushka NEW" using improved technology (Open Joint Stock Company "Krasny Mozyryanin"), megaprotein milk chocolate "Lucky chucky protein" with peanuts and flakes (Joint Open Joint Stock Company Kommunarka), vegetable jelly marmalade Polza (Open Joint Stock Company Krasny Pishchevik), etc.

The Belarusian exposition was visited by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Alexandrovich Golovchenko and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov.

For the entire period of the exhibition, the participants of the collective section signed 4 agreements on scientific and technical cooperation, 1 agreement on cooperation, 1 protocol of intent, 3 agreements for the supply of products and 1 memorandum of cooperation.
