The corresponding Resolution of the Council of Ministers of October 29, 2024 No. 798 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal.

The State Committee for Science and Technology has been instructed to bring the document to the attention of interested parties.

A comprehensive forecast of scientific and technical progress in the Republic of Belarus is being developed for twenty years. The document serves as a basis for determining priority areas of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, and is taken into account when developing a national strategy for sustainable development and strategies for the development of economic sectors (types of economic activity).

The legal act was adopted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 No. 157-Z "On state forecasting and state planning".
