Contest of joint Belarusian-Chinese scientific and technical projects for 2024-2025

ÂIn accordance with the Protocol of the fourth meeting of the Commission on Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the Belarusian-Chinese Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee dated November 29, 2022, it is planned to hold a joint Belarusian-Chinese competition of scientific and technical projects for 2024 — 2025 in the following areas:
- digital information and communication and interdisciplinary technologies based on their production;
- biological, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical technologies and production facilities;
- energy, construction, ecology and environmental management;
- mechanical engineering, machine-building technologies, instrumentation and innovative materials (Chinese partners have advanced manufacturing);
- agro-industrial and food technologies.
Applications for the contest are accepted from November 13, 2023 to December 20, 2023.
Applications for the competition must meet the requirements of the Regulations on International Scientific and Technical Projects implemented within the framework of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1065 of August 13, 2003.
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to fill out the forms established by the organizers and send them in electronic form with a cover letter from the state customer of the project to the SCST address via the IAS "Expertise" (set of forms).
Please note that the application must contain:
- business plan prepared in accordance with the established procedure (for projects aimed at creating and / or mastering new technologies and / or types of products (works, services);
- written obligations of the state customer and / or other interested parties for the practical use of the research and development results obtained during the project implementation (for applied projects);
- written obligations of the state customer and / or other interested parties to share in the financing of project costs in the amount of at least 50 percent of the total amount of funds planned for this purpose (for projects within which it is planned to perform development and development work);
- a copy of the cooperation agreement with the foreign partner organization;
- act of departmental expertise.
