A republican competition has been announced to award scholarships from the President of the Republic of Belarus to talented young scientists for 2025

In accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for holding an annual open republican competition for the appointment of scholarships of the President of the Republic of Belarus to talented young scientists, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated August 11, 2005 No. 367 "On improving the stimulation of creative work of young scientists," a republican competition is held for the appointment of scholarships President of the Republic of Belarus for talented young scientists for 2025.

To participate in the competition, candidates who have achieved the best results in scientific, scientific, technical, and innovative activities are doctors of science under the age of 45, candidates of science — up to 35 years, scientists without a degree — up to 30 years (as of January 1, 2024). When nominating talented young scientists for participation in the competition, their achievements in priority areas of fundamental and applied scientific research and scientific and technical activities, and contribution to the socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus are taken into account.

Documents of applicants, drawn up in accordance with established rules, are submitted to the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the following order:

before May 24, 2024, the electronic version of the application materials is sent to olga@presidium.bas-net.by for preliminary review and elimination of comments;

Until June 5, 2024, documents signed by the head of the organization and filed in a folder are sent to the Department of Prizes, Scholarships and Awards of the Main Directorate of Personnel and Personnel Policy of the NAS of Belarus at the address: Minsk, Nezavisimosti Ave., 66, room. 317.
