Exhibition within the framework of the II Uzbek-Belarusian Women's Business Forum
27.08.2024
On August 27, the II Uzbek-Belarusian Women's Business Forum is being held in Tashkent, organized by the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. The forum includes an exhibition and presentation of products and services of enterprises of the two countries.
The section on scientific and technical developments, organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology, is represented by developments by Belarusian scientists from the Ministry of Education and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Among the university's developments are:
protective wax for rubber. It is an ingredient of rubber mixtures for the production of automobile tires. Its properties correspond to the imported protective wax "Okerin-2122" from Paramelt (Polotsk State University);
composite materials based on various polymer matrices for the production of industrial products. The developed compositions of composite materials based on aliphatic polyamides are intended for the production of housing parts, friction units operating without the supply of lubricant, semi-finished products formed by the additive manufacturing method (Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno).
The Belarusian State University presents a number of medical products:
antitumor agent "Prospidelong". The original hydrogel drug is intended for the treatment of patients with gastric cancer with disseminated peritoneal lesions. It has a local prolonged antitumor effect, increases the effectiveness of treatment. Main advantages: targeted transport of the cytostatic to the tumor bed and to the residual component of the removed tumor; prolongation of the therapeutic effect; potentiation of the effect of radiation therapy; ensuring homeostasis; complete resorption after implantation;
antiseptic drug "Foscelantan" , used for the treatment of purulent-inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues: boils, carbuncles, abscesses, fistulas, thermal burns, etc., for the treatment of cut, puncture wounds and abrasions, prevention of infectious complications;
the medicinal product "Antispike" is a gel-like combined barrier-type preparation for the prevention of adhesion formation during surgical interventions on abdominal organs. The implementation of such a preparation for surgery will ensure independence from imported supplies, increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the length of stay of patients in hospitals and clinics;
hemostatic wipes based on oxidized cellulose. They are used as an additional hemostatic agent during surgical interventions (to stop capillary, venous and small arterial bleeding), as well as for household bleeding. The material has biodegradation properties.
The Scientific and Production Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Materials Science demonstrates artificial emeralds of jewelry quality, the single crystals of which have characteristics close to those of a precious natural stone.
RUE "Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry" introduces exhibition visitors to the technologies of production of low-lactose and lactose-free dairy and fermented milk products, as well as products made on their basis. The developed range of a group of specialized products is intended for nutrition of people with lactase deficiency. The production technology will allow to exclude the appearance of excessive sweetness of the finished product due to the lower content of reducing sugars.
The Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus presents a list of microbiological preparations, including:
"PF-COMPLEX" is a preparation for complex treatment of wastewater from poultry processing plants;
"GRAMISIL" is a biological preparation for treating seeds and vegetative plants of winter wheat in order to stimulate growth and increase the productivity of grain crops;
"BioSEf" is a unique microbial preparation for cleaning aqueous solutions from a mixture of the most common solvents based on ethers and alcohols.
In total, more than 70 scientific and technical developments of Belarusian scientists are presented at the exhibition.
