International Agricultural Exhibition "International Agricultural Trade Fair Novi Sad"

On May 20, the International Agricultural Trade Fair Novi Sad opened in Serbia (Novi Sad), which is one of the most significant in the world in the field of agriculture and food.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments of Belarusian scientists at this exhibition is the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator is the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere".

61 developments of scientists from 9 scientific and research-and-production organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and institutions of the Ministry of Education will be presented to the attention of visitors to the exhibition. Developments are demonstrated in the form of full-scale samples, layouts, advertising banners, information posters, presentations, videos, brochures, booklets and other printed publications.

 

Among the developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus are:

biopesticide "Baktaven S" . The drug is designed to protect tomatoes and cucumbers from root rot, applied by watering. The basis of the phytoprotective action of the drug is the antifungal properties of spore-forming bacteria Bacillus subtilis . The use of this drug allows you to get an additional yield of up to 2.4 kg / m (SNPO "Chemical Synthesis and Biotechnology") ;

biological product "Vegetatin" , designed to protect white cabbage from diseases in order to increase the yield and keeping quality of vegetable products. (SNPO "Chemical Synthesis and Biotechnology") ;

bacterial concentrate "Laxil-MS2" . The drug is not inferior in efficiency to the best foreign analogues and has a cost 3-5 times less (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus") ;

fodder yeast enriched with selenium "Selecord-2000" to normalize the processes of digestion, metabolism, reduce the risk of diseases associated with selenium deficiency, increase the productivity of laying hens and the quality of the products obtained (SSI "Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus") ;

LED electric lighting for greenhouse vegetable growing . Designed for supplementary illumination of plants in industrial greenhouses and other protected ground cultivation facilities, it acts as an energy-efficient source of artificial photosynthetic active radiation (RNPUE "Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus").

 

Among the developments of the Ministry of Education are:

veterinary biological products for the treatment and prevention of diseases of agricultural and domestic animals (Biferon-Cattle, Submastin-Cattle, Loferon, Biferon-MRS, Biferon-S, etc.). Innovative drugs, the active ingredients of which are their own protective proteins (interferons) of animals, obtained by a recombinant method. Preparations are designed for large and small cattle, pigs, horses, poultry, small domestic animals; multifunctional, have simultaneously immunomodulatory, antiviral and antibacterial activity (Belarusian State University) ;

liquid polymer-containing monomicrofertilizers "GISINAR" . Designed for foliar feeding of vegetative plants, uniform distribution and fixation of active substances on the leaf surface (Belarusian State University) ;

cereal cocktails "AquaGrain" and "Smart BGUT" . They are recommended for use after intense physical or psychological stress, they are a preventive measure against colds, help athletes withstand stress, increase efficiency, satisfy hunger, and can replace breakfast or dinner. Grain cocktails are made from dry concentrates obtained on the basis of germinated grains of cereals and legumes, with the inclusion of fruit and berry fillers and medicinal herbs. They are characterized by a high content of vitamins of groups B, E and C (Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies) ;

rye brews using a new consortium of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria and the introduction of phyto raw materials . The development allows the production of custard breads from rye flour and a mixture of rye and wheat flour with consistently high consumer properties in a discrete mode of operation of bakeries of various production capacities, as well as bakeries of trade facilities (Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies) .

The exhibition will run until May 26.
