Final round of the Republican youth project "100 ideas for Belarus"

The grand finale of the 13th season of the Republican youth project "100 ideas for Belarus" is taking place at the National Children’s Technopark in Minsk.

The organizers of the project were the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

The exposition of the exhibition-presentation included 171 original projects of the winners of the regional, Minsk city qualifying rounds, the selection of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and multi-stage selections of the Ministry of Education. The traditional special section "Implemented" is also presented with the developments of participants in past seasons of the project, implemented in the real sector of the eAconomy.

At the end of the season, the expert council will determine thirty winners in ten categories:

— energy, including nuclear energy, and energy efficiency;

— agro-industrial technologies and farming;

— industrial and construction technologies;

— healthcare (medical technology, pharmacy, bio— and nanoindustry);

— chemical technologies, petrochemistry;

— information and communication technologies;

— ecology (rational environmental management and deep processing of natural resources);

— national security and protection from emergency situations;

— society and social sphere;

— the best business idea.

The finalists' developments will be evaluated by the republican expert council. It included representatives of relevant ministries, departments, organizations, enterprises, and business communities that are involved in investing. The winners of the project apply for inclusion in the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted students.
