Republican seminar "State Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting"

On November 24, 2023, the republican seminar "State Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting" was held in Minsk on the basis of the Belarus Hotel.

Opening the event, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences Korzhitsky Denis Leonidovich and Director of the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere", Candidate of Biological Sciences Pavlova Natalia Fedorovna addressed the participants of the seminar with welcoming words.

The seminar discussed the main provisions of the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 348 of September 15, 2021, mechanisms for its implementation and financing, as well as the main forms and requirements for the preparation of reporting documentation based on the results of the implementation of State Program activities.

The seminar participants also got acquainted with the features of the functioning of the automated monitoring system of the State Program of Innovative Development, the procedure for calculating target indicators.

The speakers paid attention to the peculiarities of accumulating the costs of maintaining an investment project in accounting, practical recommendations for developing business plans, as well as tools for financing innovative projects by the Belarusian Innovation Fund.

Presentations were made by employees of the State Science and Technology Committee, BelISA State Institution, the Belarusian Association of Accountants, the Belarusian State University of Economics and the Belarusian Innovation Fund.

The seminar was attended by more than 100 representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Belneftekhim and Belgospishcheprom concerns, Brest and Minsk regional executive committees and other interested parties.
