Young Scientists Focus on the National Innovation System as the Basis for Scientific and Technological Security

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus hosted the Republican Forum of Young Scientists "The Institute of the Presidency of the Republic of Belarus: Traditions, Current State, Development Prospects".
Among the key speakers at the event is the Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology, Sergei Shlychkov.
As part of the round table "Improving the quality of scientific research as a key condition for the implementation of state scientific and technical policy," the Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology gave a public lecture on scientific and technical security.
Sergei Shlychkov emphasized that the national innovation system is a key element in ensuring the national security of Belarus and focused on the need to improve the economic efficiency of scientific research, emphasizing the importance of commercializing developments in the interests of the real sector of the economy.
The head of the State Committee on Science and Technology noted that the successful development of science and technology in the country is impossible without the active participation of young scientists and called for focusing on the development of innovations that have practical application.
