SCST presents scientific and technical developments at the exhibition "TECHNOPROM — 2024"

27.08.2024

From August 27 to 30, 2024, Novosibirsk will host the XI International Forum of Technological Development "TECHNOPROM-2024", which is traditionally a platform for building interregional and international cooperation chains for the purpose of import substitution and achieving technological sovereignty.

"TECHNOPROM" is held annually and is positioned as one of the largest business platforms for discussing mechanisms for combining the potential of educational, scientific and industrial organizations, creating an effective infrastructure for scientific research, commercializing innovations, increasing the efficiency of the economy and the quality of life of people. This year, the theme of the forum was the transformation of science and technology into a key factor in the socio-economic and spatial development of Russia.

The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus is the organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments at the TECHNOPROM-2024 exhibition, and the state institution Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere is the exhibition operator.

The collective section is represented by organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and institutions of the Ministry of Education, which demonstrate 47 scientific and technical developments in the form of full-scale samples, models, advertising presentations and videos in the field of aerospace technologies, new materials, mechanical engineering and instrument engineering, agriculture, healthcare, ecology and energy conservation.

Among the developments of Belarusian scientists are:

radio-absorbing materials of the KUP series. They are used to solve problems related to electromagnetic compatibility and protection of aircraft elements and units from the effects of electromagnetic radiation in a wide frequency range. The materials are used to cover the internal niche of a weather radar in civil aircraft, as an absorber in the development of compact anechoic chambers, matched loads, etc. Advantages of the materials: non-flammable, have low density and high elasticity, have thermal resistance in oxidizing environments up to 400-4500C, as well as high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents (Research Institution "Institute of Nuclear Problems" of the Belarusian State University);

resource-saving technological equipment for the production of products from elastic, integral and rigid polyurethane foams. The equipment is intended for the production of a wide range of polyurethane foam products for the needs of public utilities, automotive industry, petrochemical production, and furniture industry. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the individual specifics of each production. It meets international requirements and is not inferior to the best foreign analogues. It has a lower cost and is used in production processes at enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation (Research Institution "Institute of Applied Physical Problems named after A.N. Sevchenko" of the Belarusian State University);

highly stable pulsed laser emitter with longitudinal diode pumping. It is used as the main components for the production of special-purpose equipment and devices at Peleng JSC. The systems can also be used to create ultra-precise measuring devices used in medicine, aircraft and mechanical engineering. The systems use unique diode pumping schemes, which allows generating radiation in a wide spectrum range and in various modes without limitation by the quantum defect between the pumping and generation wavelengths. The uniqueness of the development lies in its significantly lower cost compared to foreign analogues and higher radiation stability in a wide temperature range (Belarusian National Technical University);

technology for manufacturing laser crystals for active media and passive gates doped with rare earth elements. The use of the technology allows growing laser crystals (forsterite, sapphire, ruby, alexandrite, tanzanite, blue and red spinel) doped with rare earth elements. The grown crystals can be used by enterprises producing lasers in the CIS and far abroad (Belarusian National Technical University);

organosilicon coatings with super-hydrophobic properties. They are used to coat implants, optical parts, and in filtration systems. The use of the developed technology and equipment allows for the processing of a significant number of products in one technological cycle, which reduces the cost of such processing (Educational Institution "Gomel State University named after Francisk Skorina");

products made of 316L, Al-Mg, Al-Si alloys obtained by high-performance arc additive synthesis. The technology is a method of layer-by-layer surfacing of metal products (3D printing) using arc welding sources with the ability to control the properties of the material. It is a safe, cost-effective and modern method compared to printing metal products using a laser powder 3D printer (SLM). The main advantages of the technology: the ability to create fundamentally new materials with controlled properties in any spatial position; restoration of wear surfaces of expensive equipment; high productivity, more than 10 times higher compared to traditional methods (SLM); availability and simplicity of equipment; the ability to modernize the equipment already existing at the enterprise (Interstate Educational Institution of Higher Education "Belarusian-Russian University");

Mobile recorder of welding processes. Designed to improve the quality of welding of structures by monitoring compliance with the technology during welding operations, increasing the efficiency of welding production management due to prompt provision of accurate and reliable information on the operation of equipment and welders. Consists of a recording unit and a mobile device. The software is implemented as a web application with a database. Advantages: remote monitoring of welding processes using a web application; dynamic analysis of data on the welding process, data transfer to the server; comprehensive assessment of welding quality; preparation of a passport for each weld; generation of a report on the work of welders and welding equipment; reduction in the cost of software and hardware for recording welding processes. Can work with any welding equipment, and can also be upgraded to meet the needs of welding production of any enterprise and organization (Interstate Educational Institution of Higher Education "Belarusian-Russian University");

Meteorological block M1. A compact device for recording environmental parameters (pressure, temperature, air humidity, wind speed and direction), which ensures automation of the process of meteorological observations and data processing. A PC or tablet can be used as a control device. Meteorological blocks M1 are characterized by high measurement accuracy, good stability, low power consumption, strong noise immunity, protection against corrosion and electromagnetic radiation, compactness and ease of installation, do not require technical maintenance and calibration on site (JSC "MINSK RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF RADIOMATERIALS").
