The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments is the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator is the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere".
The collective section of scientific and technical developments was represented by developments from universities of the Ministry of Education, technology parks and their residents, as well as organizations subordinate to the State Committee on Science and Technology.
Among the developments of the Ministry of Education were presented:
multilayer coatings resistant to impact loads. The materials are manufactured by successively applying different layers with different characteristics of viscosity, strength, and hardness to each other using a special technology. The selected combinations of layers allow the created materials to find application in the manufacture of lightweight bulletproof vests, shields, explosion-proof containers for the movement of potentially dangerous goods without the use of expensive components that are produced abroad (Belarusian National Technical University);
antenna arrays (140–240 MHz), which are a complete module of a cognitive radar used to detect flying objects at a distance of up to 360 km ( educational institution "Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics");
broadband receiver for monitoring in the frequency range of 0.5...18 GHz , designed for radio reconnaissance and radio monitoring (educational institution "Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics");
automated flight information processing system "DVINA-M". It is designed for objective control of flights of aircraft equipped with magnetic onboard recording devices. The system provides reading, operational processing and storage of flight information, express analysis of flights, binding to a digital terrain map, three-dimensional visualization of the flight on a coded map, creation of a database of complex flights. It is used for airplanes, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, including in real time via a radio channel (Belarusian State University).
OOO "BodiDVR" a resident of the Minsk City Technopark presented terminals for archiving and storing data from personal video recorders. This is a professional device for collecting, processing, archiving and storing data from personal video recorders.
