RESULTS

International Trade and Industry Fair was held on March 10-12, 2023 in Karachi (Pakistan).

The collective section of scientific and technical developments at the Fair was organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere" was the exhibition operator.

The collective stand of scientific-technical and innovative developments was presented by institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, which demonstrated more than 39 exhibits.

Among the most interesting developments were:

Electronic ceramics and products based on them. Ceramics for microwave devices have low dielectric losses, high density and high thermal stability. Ceramic materials and products based on them in their performance parameters and quality are not inferior to similar products of world manufacturers. The advantage of these products is a low cost, the ability to produce custom-made products according to customer drawings (State Research and Production Association "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Material Science");

heat-resistant (heat-insulating, fire-retarding) composite materials on the basis of solid phosphate binders. These materials are incombustible, non-toxic, the production of composites is waste-free and does not require complex equipment. The advantage of the production technology of heat-resistant materials is their low curing temperature (20-300 C).The sphere of application: aerospace engineering, metallurgy, construction, nuclear power (Belarus State University);

glass ceramic proppants. Are a granular material used in the oil industry to improve the efficiency of wells with the use of hydraulic fracturing technology.

On their performance characteristics are not inferior to the best world analogues (institution of education "Belarusian State Technological University");

micro– and nanotechnologies of superfine magnetic and abrasive polishing. The technologies are designed for ultra-fine polishing of high-precision surfaces to nano-level roughness; surface shape correction of optical parts; corrosion, wear and mechanical destruction resistance improvement of metal alloys, monocrystals and ceramics parts. The developments surpass the best world analogues on technological possibilities, economic and ecological indicators, are of interest for enterprises of machine and instrument-making, including manufacturers of optics, lasers, electronics, etc. (Belarusian National Technical University).

The collective stand of scientific-technical and innovation developments was visited by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Metelitsa Andrey Nikolayevich.

Business meetings and negotiations were held between the participants of the collective section with the Governor of Sindh Province of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Ismail as well as with the Senior Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry Suleman Shawla and business representatives of Pakistan.

The participants of the collective section prepared for signing a contract for the supply of products, signed 6 agreements on the intentions of the supply of products and the possibility of organizing joint scientific and educational programs, as well as the exchange of students and teachers in the field of creating applications.
