RESULTS

The 20th international exhibition "Agro, Food, Drink, Tech EXPO" was held in Tbilisi from 18 to 20 November 2022.

The collective section of scientific and technical developments was organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere" was the exhibition operator.

The collective stand of scientific-technical and innovation developments was presented by institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, which demonstrated 79 exhibits.

Among the most interesting developments were:

— LED irradiators for lighting plants in the industrial greenhouses and other cultivation facilities of the protected ground. LED irradiators are a source of artificial photosynthetic active radiation (Republican Scientific and Production Unitary Enterprise "Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

— biopreparation for treatment of municipal wastewater — bioactivator for wastewater treatment plants of any type "Antoil+". The preparation can be used as bio-loading to septic tanks and local treatment facilities, as well as an activator of sludge mixture at existing treatment facilities. The use of bioactivator provides accelerated decomposition of organics (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences");

— low-protein food products with a reduced phenylalanine content are represented by low-protein pasta, mashed potatoes, potato dumplings, porridges (Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Food");

— biodegradable packaging machine for packing pre-prepared vegetables and fruits into biodegradable paper packaging (Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center for Agricultural Mechanization of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

— biological preparations "MaxImmun", "Korneplyus" )(Belarusian State University).

The preparation "MaxImmun" is designed to increase the resistance of crops to adverse environmental factors at the enterprises of the agroindustrial complex and on private farms. It helps to increase crop yields. It is used for cucumbers and onions. It is environmentally safe.

Phytostimulating effect of "Korneplyus" is based on the ability of bacteria of natural microflora of plant rhizosphere and their metabolites to stimulate root growth, increase seed germination, induce resistance of crops to diseases and other negative influences. The advantages of the drug compared to the best foreign analogues are low cost and high efficiency. The use of the biopreparation "Korneplyus" will produce environmentally friendly products suitable for the production of dietary and baby food;

— biopreparation "Biferon-MRS". Biopreparation "Biferon-MPC" has no domestic and world analogues and is a universal mean for immunodeficiency, stress conditions, treatment of infectious diseases of small ruminants (goats, sheep etc.). The application of the biopreparation together with other veterinary means allows to reduce the consumption of antibiotics, the number of relapses and the duration of diseases (Belarusian State University);

— new resource-saving technology for producing complex fertilizers based on low-grade types of phosphate raw materials. The use of this technology makes it possible to produce complex fertilizers on the basis of low-grade phosphate rock and exclude the formation of environmentally hazardous waste (phosphorus gases) and phosphogypsum during their production (Belarusian State University);

— dome structures for agricultural purposes, which are used in the construction of sheds, outbuildings, sectoral warehouses of bulk agricultural products, fencing structures of feed mills, greenhouses, poultry farms, fruit and vegetable storages, verifarms for biohumus production (Belarusian National Technical University);

— dry mixes for the production of flour products (bakery products, muffins, pancakes, pies). Dry mixes are a powdered product that is obtained by mixing cereal products, milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables, phytocereals, freeze-dried microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, yeast cells). They are used at food industry enterprises, public catering facilities and at home (Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies).

The collective stand of scientific, technical and innovation developments was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia Anatoliy Lis and the Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Georgia Elena Malinovskaya.

Business meetings and negotiations were held between the participants of the collective section and the Assistant to the Minister of Economy Irakli Shioshvili, Assistant to the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, as well as David Tsirdava, First Vice President of the Gulf and Asia Business Chamber.

The participants of the collective section concluded 1 contract for the supply of products and signed 1 agreement on intentions to supply products.
