Republican seminar on inventions, rationalization and engineering and technical creativity (August 25, 2022, Minsk)

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" are organizing a Republican seminar on invention, innovation and engineering creativity.

Specialists of design and technological, production and technical, patent and licensing divisions of industrial enterprises, research and design organizations are invited to participate in the seminar; students of higher and secondary educational institutions in the field of economic, scientific and technical, technological and engineering education, other interested.

The date of the seminar is August 25, 2022.

Venue: Minsk, Surganova str., 37/1, BNTU Science and Technology Park «Polytechnic».

RESULTS

The seminar was held in a hybrid (online and offline) format in the Scientific and Technological Park of BNTU "Polytechnic" (Minsk, Surganova str., 37/1).

Opening the event, Natalia Pavlova, Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere, addressed the participants with welcoming words. She noted that "these areas of activity are a distinctive factor in the competitiveness of any individual organization and our country as a whole. Without a doubt, the study of issues related to invention and innovation plays an important role in the development of scientific, technical and industrial potential of Belarus".

Within the framework of the seminar, a competition was held to solve TASKS with the help of the theory of solving inventive problems. The most active participants were awarded certificates and memorable prizes.

According to the program, reports prepared on the basis of questions received for the seminar were made by: Dean of the Construction Faculty of the Belarusian State University of Transport Dmitry BOCHKAREV; Certified TRIZ specialist, member of the International TRIZ Association, consultant and trainer on improving products, processes, services using TRIZ, FSA and Lean tools produced by Alexander SKURATOVICH ; Leading Researcher of the Department of Research in the Field of Civil, Environmental and Social Law of the Institute of Legal Studies of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research Sergey LOSEV; Leading Metrology Engineer of the Department of Metrology, Standardization and Quality Management of the Operation of Telecommunication Systems and Networks of RUE "Beltelecom" Vadim GURBO.

The seminar was attended by heads and specialists of 75 enterprises, institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Construction Architecture, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Defense, Gosstandart, the State Military Industry, Belneftekhim Concern, as well as SkyWay Technologies CJSC, Astroengineering LLC technologies", LLC "Environmental and Energy-saving Technologies", regional and city technology parks, the Republican Federation of Electronic Sports and Sports and Applied Technologies, the Republican Scientific and Technical Library, Belarusian Society of Inventors and Innovators, individual entrepreneurs and other interested.

During the round-table discussion, experts answered questions from those present in the hall and online participants of the seminar.
