Republican seminar on the organization and implementation of scientific and technical activities (May 24, 2024, Minsk)
On May 24, a republican seminar on the organization and implementation of scientific and technical activities was held in Minsk, organized by the State Institution "BelISA" with the aim of discussing problematic issues related to the implementation of state scientific and state scientific and technical expertise, the implementation of tasks of scientific and technical programs, and the preparation of reporting documentation for programs.
Deputy Chairperson of the State Committee on Science and Technology Tatyana Stolyarova addressed the seminar participants with a welcoming speech. She noted that the results of the implementation of scientific and technical programs are the basis for the creation of high-tech products, and high-quality state expertise allows for the selection of the most effective projects.
First Deputy Director — Deputy Director for Research of the State Institution "BelISA" Natalia Pavlova told the participants of the event about the organization of scientific and technical activities in the Republic of Belarus.
The seminar examined in detail the issues of formation and implementation of scientific and technical programs, legislative requirements for the preparation of application and reporting materials, and also presented the features of the information and analytical system "Scientific and Technical Programs" developed at the institute.
The seminar participants became familiar with the regulations for conducting state scientific and state scientific-technical examinations of projects, the requirements of legislation, the most common errors encountered when preparing documents for examination, and recommendations for their elimination.
The event covered in detail the issue of the administrative procedure "State registration of research, development and experimental-technological works”, analyzed typical errors that arise when preparing and sending a package of documents for state registration of research, development and experimental-technological works and when submitting a final report on the work performed.
In addition, listeners are presented with the possibilities of the register of research, development and experimental technological work and the register of rights to the results of scientific and technical activities as an important information resource for science and business.
The event was attended by more than 60 representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Culture, the Presidential Property Management Department of the Republic of Belarus, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Bellesbumprom and Belneftekhim concerns, the State Standardization Committee, the State Border Committee and organizations without departmental subordination.
