Republican seminar on issues of invention, rationalization and engineering and technical creativity (December 12, 2024, Minsk)
On December 12, 2024, the 3rd stage of the Republican Seminar on Invention, Rationalization and Engineering Creativity was held in Minsk. The event was organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Institute of Systems Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere.
The purpose of this event is to increase the inventive level and innovative activity of developers and manufacturers of scientific and technical products by teaching modern methods of solving inventive problems of various levels and exchanging experience in organizing rationalization activities at enterprises.
The seminar considered the legal aspects of the design and use of rationalization proposals, as well as the difficulties that arise during their implementation. The participants of the event got acquainted with the practical experience of organizing rationalization work at ZAO Atlant, the features of the commercialization of intellectual property objects. The audience was also presented with the main methods of patent search and the patent databases used.
The report "Difficulties of implementing innovations" (part 2) was presented by the Chairman of the Republican Council of the public association "Belarusian Society of Inventors and Innovators", an expert in the field of TRIZ (theory of inventive problem solving) Kozlov Gennady Anatolyevich.
The report "Legal aspects of the design and use of rationalization proposals" was presented by the candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the Department of International Law of the Belarusian State University, Sergei Sergeevich Losev.
Irina Oliverovna Skobey, 1st category patent and invention engineer at ZAO Atlant, shared her experience of organizing rationalization work at the enterprise.
Dmitry Valentinovich Andrievsky, Head of the Department for Assistance to Commercialization and State Registers of the National Center for Intellectual Property, spoke about the commercialization of intellectual property objects and the specifics of their use at enterprises.
The report "The Objectives and Main Methods of Patent Search. Patent Databases Used" was presented by the Head of the Patent Documentation and Editing Department of the National Center for Intellectual Property, Alexander Alexandrovich Mazanik.
The difficulties and prospects of integrating TRIZ tools into educational subject activities were outlined by Elena Aleksandrovna Vintselovich, a member of the Expert and Methodological Council of the International Institute for TRIZ Development, speaker of the TRIZ Developers Summit, and certified TRIZ specialist of the 2nd level (technical) of Matriz official.
More than 120 representatives of enterprises, institutions and organizations subordinate to the ministries of industry, energy, defense, health, education, transport and communications, communications and informatization, sports and tourism, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the concerns Belneftekhim, Bellegprom and Bellesbumprom, public associations Belarusian Engineering Society and Belarusian Society of Inventors and Innovators, residents of science and technology parks and other interested parties took part in the seminar in person and connected via the Internet platform.
